I left my beloved teaching job last summer to pursue my even bigger love of crafting and time was just swept away in the run up to my autumn wedding. I made and created everything (well as much as I could) for the wedding! This took over but was not for the feint hearted and I was so proud and chuffed with the final outcome! I did everything (some with the help of mum, auntie and mum in-law I must add!), including deco-ing my shoes
I also made the button holes with fabric and felt flowers, the bouquet in the same way with the help of a kitchen whisk and some of the bridal party jewellery. It was the most awesome day but the planning took over and my own crafting and blogging did go out of the window!

Then came the new year and a new decision, to move and leave the area, it came quick and we now live in another county, further North and love it but buying a house which was a bit unloved has meant creativity was put on hold to paint, decorate and design our home. We are still not finished but the important bit is, my brand new craft room! A room dedicated to me and creativity you could not imagine all of the stuff we found when unpacking, things I just didn't have the room for or to display in my old house. I have everything from shrink plastic to seed beads and everything in between, not forgetting the 5 crates of yarns!! The question now where to start and how to start, I will be blogging my journey from craft room to craft business and hope you will follow me too.......................................
